In flower or Veg?

Either way your humidity is to low and if 35 Celsius is really 95 degrees Fahrenheit like the converter says you need to drop those temps drastically as well. Closer to 76 degrees Fahrenheit (24.4 Celsius).

in early veg, i'll try turning off another light.
what can i do to raise humidity? thanks.

What kind of ventilation do you have 35 degrees is way to hot. As for humidity you can try 'misting' your soil and plant. Just get a spray bottle and spray around the soil or you can put a bowl of warm water in the grow box.
