My Girls Need Help !!!!! Purple kush Stopped Growing !

hey guys as the tittle said im having trouble ... :S

here is the equipement

sealed room
Full Canna terra line
promix soil
4000w mh veg-hps flo cooled
24k btu climatemaster * acts like a giant dehumidifier *
scc1 grozone climate controler
green air co2 burner
humidifier only for 2-1/2 first week of veg
dehumidifier 45pint


temps in day 30c
temps at night 24c
co2 1100-1200 ppm
humidity for the 2-1/2 first week of veg at 60-70%
after the 2-1/2 week 40-50%


i had some problems with my independent heater at night

temps went down to 18c ... mainly 20c :S * purple stems *


now the ph

i use to give 6.2 but now as of yesterday when down to 6.0

im using canna nuts and there say on the bottle to be between 5.8-6.2 .... 6 should be fine ?

i water every 4-7 days , a lot of water , enough so that the pool gets filled 1/2 to 5/8 inch , then the plants suck it all when the pots are gething dry

i supercropped all of them and some might been shocked .. some seamed to looooved, but these ones there not growing anymore .. ??

the 3/4 of them are freaking amazing , 1/8 are not bad , and the other 1/8 seam to be dying

I think you have a lockout of some sort? What's your watering schedule and what i mean by that is do ou water all your plants at the same time you said 4-7 days thats a big gap? ph should be around 5.8ish I believe in coco, most people are gonna come in here and say your over watering but I think its more then that, you said you corrected the ph tho I think you will see results soon. you might want to get rid of 2 or 3 of them, I wouldn't put them in a flowering schedule unless they were nice and healthy. It looks like you have clawing or leaf deformities . Is it a new system you haven't tried before? it looks like around half the plants or more have the issue where leaves are curling under- if they were just sitting in water too much they would get root rot which might look like what you have, they look light green. Maybe they dried up, if they got transplanted but the roots couldn't reach deep where the water is. they just could use revegetating if you needed to make them healthy. 4000 watt metal halide? or 400 watt??

btw i already took out the bad ones.... these one where good but something happend and its been a good week they didint grow and they seem to be shrinking ... idonno maybe im crazzy ... i dont want to lose some more

I checked again this morning and its seams to be worst day by day please help me !!

I looked at my stuff and im really thinking this is because of over water ....

This is what i think happend

I supercropped my girls some weaker ones didint like it to much , then went in shock , then i had some cold nights that shocked them even further , then tough trying to lower the ph by fedding them again .... This time there shocked and full of water ..


My solution for now is take out the most water

I shop-vac'd the most water i could

And turned the dehumidifier almost to the max

I turned the temp at 32-33 celsius and because of high heat i had to bring the co2 to the 1300ppm mark

You said you get 1/2 inch plus of water in the "pool." I assume your plants are sitting in this? How long before the water in the pool is gone? How old are these plants? I have mine in 3g pots by the time they are 4-5 weeks old. You said your pots are 10" but do you know the volume?

I suggest you let a still growing plant (assuming you have any) get so dry it starts to wilt. Then you should feel the weight of that pot and only water when it gets close to that light. I agree with Hydrosoil78 -- your probably have root rot.

I just read your last post -- I would get the temps down in the 70s and stop changing more than one thing at a time until you get these girls growing again. I don't think 91.5F (33 C) is recommended even if you have C02. But I do know that you shouldn't be adding heat and using CO2 on plants that are barely growing in the first place. CO2 supplementation should only be done when everything else is right -- which clearly is not the case for you right now.

What's you feeding like ppm? I would drop your ph a little lower most people adjust to around 5.6ish let it swing to 6.1 before readjusting. But your in coco so it shouldn't swing. If it does that's a problem, your plants are not sitting in water right? 91 degrees is to hot for a unhealthy plant low 80s is better when it healthy again I would then go high 80, but ight now the co2 is not useful.

Im not in coco im in soil

My soil is promix

My feeding ppm is around 650-700ppm

The only reason im using that much heat is to try to take out the most water i can , but i will change that asap if its to hot as you mentionned

it actually take a wile before the pool gets empty then the pot need to dry as well .. i think i over-killed that part ... that would be ok when there in late flowering when they will need a lot more water

for now i'm stopping the pool ideal

i regrouped all the healthy ones together and the dying ones together as well

as for the pots there 10'' x 9'' that's about 10L if i remember well , * what is the recommended amount of water L per pot in that case ? *


i really hope there going to be ok with time

now the problem is that im supposed to put them in flowering tomorrow ... its already been 3 week

should i do it or they will not flower ??

i brought the temps down to around 25-26c

co2 ppm down to 1050ppm correct me if im giving to much for nothing

and i sorted the girls by healthiness

I would wait until you see improvement before you started flowering unless your room size makes flipping to 12/12 now imperative. Any problems you have in veg are going to be magnified in flower.

To late already changed all my lights and timers , im going to see whats going to happen

Ok, i found what it is .. Some of you guys where right , i have root rot ... Is there something i can do ? Or not really ?

i think as mr green tooth said, now the are out of the "pool o' death" they should be a lot better. root rot does not really recover unless they aren't much effected and treated promptly, pythium is the general term for root diseases caused by sitting in stagnant water ect,

The plants that are badly effected should be re-potted and try and remove as much of the rotting root system as you can as it can cause more contamination, wash all the soil off the roots or the outter layer of roots and dip them with a H202 solution which'll kill the disease, you plants will recover but give them time, only flip the healthy ones for flowering or expect a reduced yield on you unhealthy plants

EDIT: It's not a lost cause for sure, they just need some love
DOUBLE EDIT: Just saw that you flipped, you wont get the yields you will form the healthy ones but if you act NOW! those plants might recover enough to catch up some!
