my fish tank set up tell me what yall think

tell me if anything needs to be changed its 30 gallon tank with 23w flourecent light. there is a fan blowing off the on the side cant see it. tall plant is reggie.

and the small one and the pot alone is lemon reggie or something with lime or lemon idk but it smelled fucking delicious.

the tall one should i cut that little spot at the bottem end of the leaf? that happen when i had it outside during when it was freezing (28 F) the soil was frozen so i took inside fast luckly it survived. it was small when it happen lol

it preflowering but i cant tell if its a male or female. how would i know if its a male or female when its small. i couldnt focus the camera on there.
give me details on how i should know. thanks

dude.. you need A LOT more light. that plant is stretching for light. it should not be that tall. leave the leaf dont cut.

It would be an oven if you had strong lights. Hard to keep fresh air in the tank. Are you just using this for seedlings then move out of the tank? I don't see pre flowers yet or there would be no wondering male of female. I would get small fan down in there if it will fit so its blowing gently on the plants and maybe pushing air upwards instead of down into the tank. The light you have needs to be closer as mentioned
