My first order with Attitude and not impressed.

Well I'm ticked off with with my first order from attitude seeds. Yes came fast and stealthy but didn't receive my G - 13 seedbank Blueberry gum seeds worth 29£ as well as their 420 promo items. I did however receive the 3 free G-13 Seedbank white widow seeds for buying the blueberry gum seeds.
I did get a nice G-13 t shirt but I had paid for it with stealth shipping.
On their defense I did make the order at 8:00 am their time so I was an hour early for the promo. Was a large order so ya think they would have given me the 420 promo freebies.

I did fire off an email about the 420 stuff but I see now I have to complain about the missing seeds too. They are going to think I'm a scammer.

Anyone else having issues with the Attitude seed bank?

Just made my first order from them at the end of March and couldnt be happier. Sucks man hope you get it all worked out.

They lay out guidelines for a promotion they are having, you decide to order outside those guidelines and yet you still expect them to honor the promo?

This is the first post of yours I've read and I'm not impressed.

Use the Search. Attitude is no londer a "Supported" Site.

Smashed seeds, No seeds, Way to expensive, Customs checks every box..... Buy from someone else and actualy get your $$'s worth, seriously...

never had an issue with attitude. never missed a package, never left anything out of any order.

had issues with strains, but that was a breeder issue, sending out shitty ass seeds.

Everyones gonna have their own little issues. idk why anyone thinks coming here to complain will help. if you would like to warn other users go for it but i hate when it sinks more into the "complaining" department. Especially with the free stuff like honestly you didn't get free items. Big whoop its a wonder they can even ship out kickass strains for people so just be happy you got anything at all.

Be honest now, its not that Attitude sucks and this site dropped them as a sponsor, its because Attitude dropped there sponsorship here due to the security breach of the site.

i was gonna say ive seen at least 30 posts of complaints but they were all either taking to long [according to them] or not getting the free stuff. never smashed seeds which im sure if you followed through attitude would send you a new packet probably some free ones for the trouble. they sent someone else on here reg instead of fem, he got 2 free seeds with a new pack of females AND the original regs.

Well I didnt qualify for the 420 promo and thats fine but apparently there is no guarantee if they screw up and forget to add something to your order. Here is there official response...

lol... they CLEARLY say you have to order within these certain times to get the free seeds, and you didnt... when you go to checkout, the freebies would be in your checkout box... u didnt follow directions

I've ordered 5-6 times and never had any issues.

I've placed more than 2 dozen orders with Attitude over the last 6 years. Never had a problem that their customer service people
did not fix immediately. If you have a legitimate complaint best way is to handle it via email. Sit down and compose a short paragraph
and send it to their site. Just the facts, don't get personal. They will hook you up, I bet.

How is he a troll? He was addressing the 420 promo issue you had. Which is no issue at all because the promo started at 9, not 8. That was YOUR fuck-up. Just because it was a big order doesn't mean you get brownie points. They have set guidelines to follow so ALL CUSTOMERS can have a fair chance of getting the promo.

Your only legitimate complaint is about the stuff you paid for. But don't go calling people trolls for no reason, he wasn't even being an asshole when he said it.

had a problem with smashed seeds, well they were more pulverized than just smashed. i sent an email and didnt get response, sent a second and asked if they wanted pics and they responded with yes they did. had to send the email a couple times but finaly got a response, they wanted me to wait til my next order to even ship out the replacements. i asked em to send em out imediately and they did so. a bit rough, customer service wasnt the best in my opinion. but i had never had an issue with them before. i will be using them again.

Yes and I have clearly stated in a follow-up post that it was my fault on th 420 promo stuff and I had ordered too early to qualify. My bad.

My issue is with an order of G13 seeds that I paid for and was left out of the order.
