You were actually complaining about more than customer service. Your argument with the free seeds were that they were crushed, so being reputable for those has nothing to do with anything. That was a bad judgment call on your part.
They tried to tend to your issue, but you had an issue with both solutions. How is that an issue with their customer service.
You refused their solution, which was a fair solution. That and they were free seeds, its not like you can get money back for something you didnt pay for. Freebies are a gift from them, they dont even have to give them out, they just do out of courtesy(and marketing)
Have you ever used a wallet before? How is a shitty wallet going to protect seeds from other packages falling on it during delivery.
I have double digit orders from the attitude with no issues, and know many people with the same results.
