My first Hydro Grow i have question

First grow Berm. Kush and White Widow in hydro. Its been tuff trying to keep temp under 90 for the last few weeks. Finely have them at 85 day 70~72 nights. But my question is i started out using 250 watt light house LED i noticed in the 5th week of 12/12 i didn't have enough light so i got 400watt hps was it to late for my buds to get bigger. there small and dense and sticky. its week 7 now. If i keep them another week or 2 will thy get bigger since there's enough light now. 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 area 6 plants 2" tall

What was it about week 5 of flowering that made you think LEDs weren't enough?

The buds wasn't growing like thy do outside for me... Also, It toke them 3 weeks just to show the sex. then when i saw after 2 weeks thy grew some then slowed way down. So i figured it was the light.
Nuts BPB and hydroplex , aquashield, sweet, PH5.5~5.8 PPM now at 1750
was at 1250~1500.
Water changed every 2 weeks 40gallon

I think you will be disappointed with the 400. Not because it isn't great but because you are comparing to a star.

What do you mean..
I still have the led in the room over another 2 plants with smaller coverage area needed.
I just need to know if thy will grow any more or just flush them and go on. with next batch.
I love the leds in veg. thy grew like a MF... not so much in flower...
