looks like a 5-8 gal pot that's half full?.....if you put them in a bigger pot they will grow bigger... or better than that put them in the ground and you will be very happy come harvest

Enough to finish yes, but if you want more out of them bigger pot or put in ground.. I'd do it soon if that's the route you take,so you don't stress them going into flower

8 gal? cooda fooled me. jus pull plants n fill pots up to the top or stick em n ground. easy as that.
It's nothing i'd lie about unless the bags of soil I used aren't correct measured I put 32 quarts of soil in each pot. The pots are bigger than the pic shows. What would be the best way to take these out of the pots I was leaning towards doing that anyway just so they can grow to their potential.

That depends on how long they’ve been in those containers. I generally
give at least 2 weeks before transplanting them again. This gives the roots
time to develop mass, witch will make it much easier to transplant and avoid stress and shock.
