My first grow setup

Hey guys,
Well this is my first time trieng to grow and i though of a setup after reading a lot of posts in this forum.

My growbox is gonna be 1 meter wide 1 meter long and 1,80m high. Im going to use a DWC setup that fits 4 plants. For my ventilation i will be using 2 computer fans (intake and exhaust).
My lights are gonna be 2 125watt cfl (each has 9000 lumen but i dont know if that would add up to 18000 becuase i just cant see how 2 same light intensitys can make a greater one.

I would be very happy for critic and tips for my first grow.

Sounds like a good start. A Lumen is simply a means of measuring intensity if you will, Much like a current or ampere. I would like to hear more about the construction and your design.

Thank you for your response eyerguy. Im just plaing right now becuase im in the process of moving but as soon as i get settled in I will start. I drew and labeled a little concept drawing (just labeled it becuase i really suck at paint). The box will be fully enclosed and made out of wood, also I will cover the insite with foil.

Im thinking about trieng out some AF Strains for my first grow and see what I can get out of and hopefully gain some experience.

dont use foil. buy some milar if your going to put anything up. Its kinda of embarassing to admit but when i first started growing years ago my very first grow I covered a whole bedroom with foil lol its cool though bro trial and error

Ha! I bet that looked interesting but hey whatever works, works. Well I put that self drawn picture up finally (took me a sec to figure it out) Its just a raw drawing.

Do you all think those light would be sufficent?

It looks like an ideal start to a nice micro grow op. I think the lights would do you just fine especially with an Auto-Flowering breed of some kind. The idea is there, now just put it in action. Good luck m8!

i would think that the computer fans wouldnt move enough air...might need something a little bigger. The air would be fresh but not much wind to make the plants stronger
