my first grow in a while and first post on here.

i have og kush, and bubbleicious. the pics are 5 1/2 weeks of flowering so i dont have any pics of the plants i have vegging right now becasue i didn't have enough battery to take that many pics so i put up the flowering ones =]. but for flowering im using a 400w hps in a 2 1/2 foot by 4ft closet. have 2 fans in there for temp. right now with lights off its about 75 degree fer and when light is on its about 85-90 f i know that isn't the greatest temp but my plants are doing just fine so please dont hate on it its not a big place to work with. than i have 2 clones from the og and 2 bubbleicious in a dwc kit under 4 flourecents. and a quick question on my og kush that has been flowering for 5 1/2 weeks now only has 3 leaves on each fan leaf and i was just wondering if anyone knew if that was a mutation or what.

btw the og kush that is on the right has only been flowering for 3 weeks now and the one almost on the floor has just been flowering for 2 days, all females also.

can anyone tell me their opinion on how the plants look so far? i would love feedback.

any observations that people are having and would like to share? im open to new ideas =]

How you liking the DWC grow? Soon ill be starting 4 babies in a 40 gallon reservoir, really looking forward to a hydro grow. Do you have a fan blowing on the canopy? Could help with temps. Other than some yellow on leaves the babies look very healthy and crystally. As for the 3 leaf thing when started from clone they usually dont get alot of limbs to the leaf. Seeds are the only things Ive seen where they grow more and more till they stop around 7-11.

oh i love the dwc its only like a 20g i think, but its been producing alot faster than growing in soil and i will be harvesting one of my og plants today so im pretty excited about that and im germinating some purple kush seeds right now =] but so far so good on the grow.

oh i will. but i almost chopped it down early than i was like screw it ill let it go for another week, that wont hurt anything but im excited for next week harvest. its my first time growing kush and i think i did pretty good my other 2 og are 4ft tall and still going =]

well yeah i actually got shitty results and couldn't figure out why that happened but than i remembered that when i started the plant i didn't have the greatest lighting system and i was back and forth from outside to inside and it started flowering and it wasn't till the 6th week of flowering that i got it onto the 12/12 cycle and that is what fucked it up... btw i only got 8g but its super dank and thats what really matters =] but my other 2 plants are 3 1/2 feet tall and it was put under the hps light first day of flowering so ill update those as well and the bubbleicious i have is super dense and looks georgous.

Do you have any exhaust fans running? One small exhuast fan will bring down the temps alot! great looking grow! keep up the good work

i have 2 fans running one big metal fan above the light fixture and than 1 little fan on the ground facing up blowing air. and the temps are still around 80-90 degrees with the door open. so idk what i can't do but raise the light but than the light would be too far away from the plants...

Wheres the intake coming from? How much are those fans rated in CFM? If your outside temps are around that it wont be easy to lower the temps but taking intake from a cooler place could help. Higher temps tend to have more problems so the mid 80s are the perfect temp in my opinion.

i live in california and right now its always cold outside but the 2 other og and the bubblicious that are flowering are in the closet and the measurements of the closet are 2 1/2 ft by 3 1/2 ft by like 8ft tall and i have 2 fans in there a little one by the pots of the plant blowing up and the other big fan is blowing down toward the light. i think i just gotta open the window to the room so the cold air comes into the room and cools it down.

Yea, I do the same thing. I also keep my door closed with the window cracked so its a tad bit cooler in my room compared to the rest of the house. Also, try moving the bigger fan so its blowing upwards unless your closet is enclosed at the top.

unfortunatly it is enclosed and it wouldn't do any good.

so a little update,
my bubbleicious has been flowering for 7 1/2 weeks now and is looking beautiful im posting some pics of it and the other 2 are og kush and those are 5 1/2 weeks and looking beautiful as well.

current temps are 83 f and humid is 43%

just a quick question, what is the average yield of a 2 1/2 ft plant because that is how big my bubbleicious is and i was just curious =]

also is attached a picture of my flowering setup you can see the big metal fan on the top and the little one on the lower left. plus my dwc setup that is under some lights too.
