My First Cycle: Struggling Cuttings

Hey everyone, this is my first post here as-well as my first grow experience. I have been around it alot so I have a fairly fundamental knowledge of growing, but next to nothing for experience and dealing with everyday issues. So any advice I get I will greatly value :peace:

I am noticing white/yellow spots and bright white tips on the leaves. All the new growth seems to be good but I am not sure  and i have no idea what the other symptoms represent.

I have had these cutting for about 10 days now. The first 8 days these little ladies were under 2 60watt CFL's with proper spectrum just to keep em alive while i set up my tent.

Today was the first day with a proper light cycle [ 18/6 ] under a 1000w HPS, and first day of watering with proper nutrients: B1 vitamin, Sensi Bloom A, and a splash of ph down to bring me to 6.2 .

note: they are still in pots because all of them but 25 will be going outdoors.

about my setup: it is in a 4' x 4' x 6.6' tent. a 6000btu A/C is pumping air at 75f / 23.9c through my air cooled shade and also into the bottom of the tent underneath my planter box. The tents tempature stays between 78-80f / 25.5-26.6c with the 1000w hps on and is dead on at 75c / 23.9c with the lights off. The humidity is within 40-60% RH at all times. I am using a non organic soilless mix ( pro mix ). this round is PK.

You hit the plants when watering with the nutrient solution , if "any" of the ph down hadn't fully diluted and mixed yet just a small splash will burn the leaves, especially if you have any rooting solution in the water. Nute burn from direct splash is all it looks like to me, the new growth will be fin just water CAREFULLY until leaves are way above soil.

thank you very much! so does the rooting solution or ph down act like bleach? not that it really matters but i'm very curious to what (chemically) causes the burn.

also, the spotting from the leaves; is that from lack of nutrients?

just a personal opinion, but if your cuttings are only 8 days old, and you are in fresh soil, i would hold off on any nutes. go ahead with the rooting solution and pH down to treat the water, but as far as the Sensi Bloom, i would hold off for at LEAST 2 weeks. just my 2 cents

ya for sure definitely hold off. if that soil has nutes in it, that is. otherwise the double strength nutes will cause that burn. flush and then use nutes in 2-4 wks. anyone have salt lockout problems with fox farm ocean forest?
