Alright so I have a 150wat light and I put it on 24/24 for the vegging stage, would that be to much for vegging? My bill shot up the roof with 150wat, it went from 136 to 200. Now I got them on 12/12 because of flower and its down to 160.. My friend has a 400wat light and his bill only gone up from around 15-25 he said and he has 3 plants all female and twice the size as mine.. Any idea what light he did? I could just ask him but I work all day tommrow and wont be able to talk to him for a while..

I'd use more than 150watts, , if you want a good yield..If you go with a 400 watt MH, you can grow 4-6 plants, trained right..Lets see, in SoCal killer bud in the shops goes for 500 per oz. 2k -3k worth of smoke for a bumped up elec. bill, and some nutes..I'd say it's well worth it. If you're gonna do it, do it right, it's worth it.No more buying it!!!
