My cupboard grow

Hey guys,

First time doing a proper grow. Tried once in the past in a cold garage with CFL's which predictably failed. This time I am growing in a side cupboard in my loft/upstairs lounge area.

Here are some pics of my set up:

My wiring:



My ventilation set up. To quieten the fan down a bit more I cut a hole either side of the box it came in and placed a duvet in before putting it inside. Looks ghetto, but it works pretty well and that's all that matters. Going to get some proper foam for it soon though:



The grow space once I had lined it with diamond pattern Mylar:



400 watt light. It is suspended on the retractable yoyo's. To gain a bit of extra grow height I used 2 screws sort of like cleats which you can see here:





And here is how it stands right now, as you can see I also added 4 CFL's that I had left over from the last grow:



Already learnt a lot for my next grow. Currently 4.5 weeks in and flipped to flower 5 days ago. 4 plants are already showing sex. Seeds I used are Cali Connections Buddha Tahoe OG and one free Mazar Kush.

Any tips or feedback would be great

looks like you have some N burn layof the nutes a bit other than that they look great

agreed with whodat cause the dude is a monster in size! I'm a t-5 man myself but im always impressed with how ladies respond to the right cfl. nice work my man nice work.

Nice work! And props to you for not using the shitty mylar, where did you purchase your diamond foil? The grow shops here charge way too much for it.

Other then that the carpet bottom may be a little bit dangersome. Carpet generally adheres to the smell of pot and once she blooms even with air moving the carpet might suck up some smell. Just an fyi. I like to line the carpet with a thick layer of plastic to prevent possible mold and prevent smell.

How light proof is it for bloom?

And please tell me you will be cloning these

Bought the diamond foil off the net. Unfortunately I live on a small island with no grow shops so everything has to be ordered in. And have been meaning to get some polythene for the floor. Room is 100% light proof, sat in there with all the lights on in the room + the Velux windows open on a super sunny day with the door closed and no light leaks what so ever

Sadly not cloning these as I want to try a few strains out before deciding what I want to have full time. But when the time comes I'll build a mother/clone room in the other side of the loft as I have 2 of these cupboards, just mirrored.
