I had only a 250 dollar budget for my new grow room, but I am satisfied with how it turned out. The grow room fits nicely in my closet being 3' wide, 2' deep, and 4' tall. Though right now its being used as a flower room/sprout room until the sprouts come up when they are moved to my older growbox which serves as a veg room.
In the new grow room I have 3 23 watt (100 watt replacement, 1600 lumens) cfls, 2 13 watt (60 watt replacements, 1200 lumens) cfls, and 2 18" 15 watt (75 watt replacement) fluoro tube lights for side lighting. For co2 I am using the yeast and sugar method, though I am working on getting the optimum level of co2 for my room by crunching some numbers.
For ventilation all I am using is some slits in the walls simply to release some heat, my tempurature range throughout the day gets as low as 18˚c at night and 29˚c during the day.
