So i'm finally getting my setup to the point i don't feel ashamed to post it here, and I'd love some helpful tips or constructive criticism. I've done 2 soil grows in the past, but now I'm in the middle of my first hydro grow.
I have 3 chambers: veg, flower, and clone.
The veg chamber is for moms (capacity: 5) and a short veg on clones (capacity: 9) before flowering. These are DWC under floros. I just transplanted the moms (and culled a would be dad) from a clay pot drip system to net pots in a DWC. No signs of disliking the transplant yet, but it was just yesterday. They are growing in 4" rockwool cubes surrounded by hydroton. The pots are about 1" submerged in water now. Air is from a cheapo walmart aquarium pump teed off into both reservoirs. Nutes are the 3 part GH Flora. I use (per gal) 12.5 ml Gro, 7.5 ml Micro, 2.5 ml Bloom for the moms. Don't have any kids in there yet, and haven't decided on a nute mix for them (thinking 10 ml/gal of all 3).
The clone chamber is inside a plastic bin. Floros mounted to the inside of the lid and clones under a tent. I root in the small rockwool cubes. They are watered by wick with plain water. I do not use a bubbler with the clones.
The flowering chamber is an ebb & flow system. Lighting is (2) 150W HPS (converted security lights from lowes) and about 30W of LEDS (blue, red, and warm white). A plexiglass sheet is under the lights to keep heat down by the plants. I have a 400W HPS light that I am thinking of converting to remote ballast and using with a CMH bulb, but I want to wait until I have a harvest or 2 so I can compare before and after. The plants are rooted in rockwool cubes and surrounded by a communal tub of hydroton. I flood 3 times per day, and once and night. The reservoir is oxygenated with an aquarium pump and bubble stone. The nutes are (per gal) 5 ml Gro, 10 ml Micro, 15 ml Bloom.
I've got 3 moms that are looking good and have been cloned, and 1 that is still a tad small to clone. The little one got stuck in the seed casing during germination and ended up sprouting a root that turned green. I went in and peeled off seed and did eventually sprout leaves, but now its a very fucked up looking plant (even number of blades on fan leaves, oval shaped trunk, very short internode lengths, 3 branches from each trunk spot instead of normal 2). I can take some close ups if anyone is interested. My best looking 'mom' and corresponding clones ended up being male so i just culled them. 2 of the plants I know are female and i can't tell yet on the other 2.

Questions:
Should I add drippers to the DWC?
Increase airflow to bubble stones?
