my budds are small with long hairs

i dunno if this is a problem or if its something that the plant will grow into. The plant smells great and as small as these budds are the look really good just small. the top bud seems to be having some kind of trouble too. the small pallets where the white hairs come out are very apparent

im hoping to get my boy's diggi cam soon and up load some photos but i am a little weary about having it on the net. however fuck it ya know. the hairs on the bud are still really white just really long so its still going to flower for a few weeks im just afraid the lights im using are not enough to produce phatty budds although they were great for the veggie state...ever seen those new house hold lights that look like a floro but are like a cork screw and go in regular house sockets? cost like 5.99 for a 75-100 watt but the push out so much cool light its rediculas i would recomend this for anyone closet growing on a tight budget they toataly crush the regular floro's i was useing anyday
