my 8x4x8 room is overheating HELP!!

MAN I HAVE a 8 inch inline fan exhausting and im gonna make a smaller hole to allow air to come into the room.. i hAVE ABOUT 15 plants in there now but some of the younger cuting are dieing:cry::cry:.. i am using soil as a medium.. 1000 hps ..the younger ones are in half gallon pots.. the adults are 2 gallon pots..the tempo has reached over 40 celusis.. ALL ADVICE HELPS
 
the hot air is pushed outdoor..the fresh air comes from ouside as wel.. ther is no ac or house vents to tap into..it seems to be a seasonal battle!!:confused: way to hot in the summer and wqy to cold in the winter:confused:..my magical space is a stealthy back of a 2 car garage... i started this as a ezperiment with some seeds.. my goal is to fill er up with hydro sog. any and all advice helps

Is the space insulated? Throw a cheapo A/C in the wall

Get a real fan. My current setup was an uphill battle every day untill i bought my 6" canfan. Now i have to turn it down to keep it a bit warm. Trust me, the home depot fan you have right now is junk compared to the real deal. Trust me iv been there.

make sure you pull the hot air out of the top of the room, hot air rises.also you could run a tube from a near by window to the air in let at the bottom of your box

A portable a/c unit will work, 9,000 BTU. You can tie the exhaust from it into your existing outlet. Problem is, this time of year they are an arm & a leg.:-|

My space was also the back of a garage, I found that running the lights at night was my best bet. In summer it was cooler at night and in winter the lights helped keep the space warm.
