I'm starting this Log from today My plant is a two month old Thai Plant.
I planted it and put some organic bone meal fertiliser in he soil. It then had aound 6 weeks of just natural sunlight with one dose of tomato fertiliser mixed in water with around 50 ml of my own urine in it. The tomato fertiliser is low in nitrogen so i used my urine to top up the nitrogen. I will use the tomato fertiliser when flowering as its low in nitrogen. I will just use the miracle grow for the veg stage.
On the 6 th week I bought I fluorescent desk lamp. I also got some miracle grow and fed that to the plant. The plant then from the 6th week had been on a combination of natural sunlight and fluorescent. I foliar fed the plant miracle grow half way through the 6th week. I done this in the evening when the sun was setting. It has had plenty of wind as i keep the window open to give it some exercise and freash air. Exercise is just the wind moving the plants this should strengthen the plant make it strong. Once the sun goes Down I put the Plant under the fluorescent light. When I go to sleep usually around 1-2 am I put the plant by the window sill to get the first early morning rays. I let the plant sleep for around 4- 6 hours depnding on when i go to bed. I hear people say keep the light on it for 24 hours but my plant begins to droop after 18 hrs of light. Looks like it's sleeping so the when its like that it goes on the window sill to get complete darkness till the sun rises.
7th Week
Fed it some miracle grow at the beginning and foliar fed halfway through the week. I bought a bug spray that can be used on edible crops. Was getting Whiteflies and little black ones living in the soil. So I applied the spray and killed all the flies i could see. This managed till kill the pesky critters. Just kept the plant for that week checking the wetness of the soil and ph balance which was 7ph.
8th Week fed the plant the same as week 7. Got the whiteflies back and they munched on three of the top leaves. Got the spray apllied it again but applied it very minimal just a bit on the new leaves and around the outside of the pot hopefully will work as a repellent. No new signs of whiteflies hopefully i killed them all. The ph balance is s around 7.2 and the plant is still wet. I havent watered the plant it seems that one feed with miracle grow in water is enough to keep the plant going for the week. I feed it once a week and foliar feed once a week halfway during the week.
