neat... lol
what you need is ventillation... cut a 4" square whole in the side, or more than one side, and cut another 4" hole in the top, and put a pc fan in it so its sucking air OUT. that will draw the heat up away from the plants
not bad for a low budget box man. or you could just put a box fan blowing on it
