MR.Yale needs help with Baby sitting.

I just need a little advice on my set up and plant...

BackGround: I got a plant from my friend about 2 weeks ago....needless to say he is an was an idiot put the plant (clone bought from dispenser) in a 5 Gallon bucket and drilled no holes for drainage..., i fixed that.

PH:6.6
Height: 13in
Soil: MG
Light: florescent 125 watt
Ive had the problem for 2 weeks (since transplant in MG...) getting worse very slowly.

But my current problem is droopy leafs (tops look great though), and some discoloration in the lower leafs (yellow spots and dying tips). I'm think its over watering, root rot or heat stress.

Any advice as to improve my plants life expectancy and or how to improve my ghetto grow room (trying to grow this first plant on a budget) would be very much appreciated.

Whats the PH, Also how much have u been feeding it ? It looks like its started flowering in that top pic ?

I`d would transplant to a soil that doesn`t have nutes in it .

Why would you call your friend an idiot?

My PH is around 6.6 and i haven't given it any nutes. My bud is awesome, i mean he gave me a free plant, he just does some really dumb stuff....
