Moving plants?

QUESTION? Will moving a plant within a week or 2 into flowering from a 600 watt to a 400 watt hurt the plant? I find myself with a girl whose going ape shit and growing more than I expected, its in a tent and theres not enough head room!

topping at this point is probably not a good idea, but I have a closet with alot more headroom but I'm running a 400 due to heat issues! think she'll take the move or not?

That's called 'streaching'.
Moving a plant isn't gonna hurt it unless you drop it and it spills all over.
Switching lighting won't hurt it.
Can't you just tie down the 'leggy' branches?

use things like pipe cleaners and tie down the tallest cola, but do it ultra slow or it will snap like a celery stalk! CHHKK!
