moving plants outdoor-will light period change affect them??

i have been growing my plants indoors and they are flowering heavily-but now some of my plants growing in the forest are flowering.....my indoor plants are getting their light from 9pm-7am, so, how can i change the photoperiod around to normal hours and put them outside??
will it stress them too badly??
