you only getting around 13 hours of light... this will make the plant think its time to flower... and then will be told to veg afterwards and then eventually flowered... don't you think this stress could hermaphrodite plants?
wait for 14 hours and it will continue to veg.

I think they will be fine..I veg indoors under t-5's 18/6 until they are a couple of feet tall. I also LST til I have 6- 8 upright branches. When I move them outside they sense the shorter day and immediately flower. I always get a nice harvest. I guess if I left enough green on them they would eventually reveg. But for me it's easier to grow new plants. I only use clones if that makes a difference.

Had you already been in flower, then moved them outdoors they would have probably self-pollinated on a backwards light cycle. However, since I'm assuming they are currently in full veg...they will most likely continue in that state until late summer. You may get a few pistils early, but that won't last as they accustom themselves...and you may have some weird vegging patterns during this process.

without enough light you will probably get low quality low yield (unsmokable). you should count the hours of direct light they need 6 or more

You should be ok, with out direct sun the plant will stretch some, I had one last year, shade grown only got about 27g but was tasty.

I have already mover 5 outdoors they are growing like weeds and no flowers :) I am a bit south of you @35 latitude
