Moving outside

Is this ready to go outside ? That's. 3.5 gallon pot. Soil is dry I just repotted and haven't watered yet

No. Put it outside and just low stress train it.
I don't like topping outside, the plants end up split ime.

Past ready.
IMO - 10 gallon pot minimum, 25 gal much better.
