I leech my soil every month. That does not always coincide with if I decide to place it in flowering or not. If I were in your time frame, I normally would make the transplant then pospone the leech for several days. Yes when leeching it does take away toxic salt buildups and also remove beneficial nutrients already in your medium. That is why during the leeching phase it is important to introduce a mild form of your nutrient cocktail after leeching or you will find yourself trying to fix a nutrient deficiency.

I don't flush after transplant or when going into flower. I do water them in well to get rid of any excess air pockets created by the transplant. When going to flower I just switch over to the new nute schedule and also supplement with 1 tbsp molasses per gallon of water/nutrient mix.

i feed 1 time a week in vegg.
then dont feed the 1st 2 weeks of 12/12.
then grad build up food till its time to flush for harvest"last 2 weeks of 12/12".
but really you dont need to flush before 12/12.
esp if you potting on.
any pics?.
