Mother not growing right...? (pics)

She has big fan leaves up top, but none at the bottom (anymore, they fell off). She has little mini plants with small leaves there now. Its a DP Blue Moonshine grown under a 42w cfl plus 4, 2 ft floro tubes, but they sit a couple inches above.

Does she look like this because she doesn't get much light? Or do some plants just look like this?

And are those little mini plants candidates for cloning?

That looks normal if you took a clone from a plant you had in flower and have now switched it back to veg. The unusual growth is caused by the plant readjusting itself to the veg stage again.

Nope, this is not a clone. I haven't ever cloned a plant yet (which is why I asked if the lower foliage of the plant would be good for cloning). It was a seed I ordered from Attitude. But it was feminized however, so maybe that has something to do with it's lack of lower fan leaves and odd growth. I was thinking it was either light or strain related tho.
