More Electrical Questions

Ok, So I am going to have an electrician come out tomorow and install all of the electrical outlets.

I just completely need confirmation as to what exactly he needs to hook up.

In my last post, these are the suggestions I got:

"set up a few breakers and run 4 outlets off each one .. 15 amp breakers and 14-2 romex"

"i would have 4 20 amp circuits run and have double duplex recept. installed on each .... 2 gang box ... 2 yokes .... 4 outlets per box
that gives you 16 total recepticles which will cover anything you may need"

So in laymans terms, what should I tell the electrician I need?

4 dedicated circuits your choice 15 or 20 amp but its going to cost almost the same either way so i say spring for the 20s

so you need 4 dedicated circuits with 1 double duplex each he will know exactly what you are asking for

a duplex receptacle is your standard outlet that has 2 plugs on it so a double duplex is 2 duplex receptacles in 1 box giving you 4 outlets per box

you might get buy with 2 dedicated circuits for the time being if money is tight but its cheaper in the long haul to have all 4 done now allowing you to upgrade your lighting and pumps and fans later without adding more circuits

Thats whats up man, thanks a lot. how much should I expect to pay?

also, does it matter if i set it up as one big unit in a junction box or should the duplex receptacles b spread throughout the room like a regular electrical setup?
