Money Maker Auto

Started this grow about a month ago. The plants are 28 days since sprout and starting to flower, except the smallest plant, I don’t see pistils yet. I am LSTraining all of them, but the bigger two seem to be responding the best. The plants had a rough start, as this is my first grow, and almost damped them off by leaving them in the germination tray and dome for too long.
I was able to bring them back, but the smallest had a really hard time and still shows it.

Seeds: Mendocino Farms, Money-Maker Auto
Water: 48hr tap PH 6.5
Soil: FFOF, FFHF, DTE BioLive, Vermi.
Lights: Vipar Spectra 200W LED
Tent: 4x2x5 (Soon switching to 3x3x6)
Nutes: Gen Hydro FloraGro, Micro, Bloom, Bio Root, CalMag (Low-Dose), Vegan Compost Tea.

(Bottom 3 pictures are today, first three are about one week ago.)

Day 31 from seed: Plants are looking great, growing new tops, and getting strong thanks to the LST. Sadly the smaller plant seems to either have stopped growing or is just barely growing at all compared to her sisters. I have decided to just let her live out her life cycle as shes an auto anyway.. Wether she stays in the tent ot not is a different story. I cut about 2-3 leaves off the bigger plants that were blocking some tops trying to get light, they seem to be liking it already.
I have also sprouted 3 Master Yoda Auto seeds I had and will keep them in this smaller tent while they are in early veg, then either put them in the 3x3 with the 2 good Money Maker plants, if I can make 5 fit in there. Otherwise, I have a pretty big walk-in closet I can use, but the space is so big in there, it’s gonna get difficult to properly ventilate it and make it reasonabke money-wise.

Just curious, how long did you research on auto seeds before choosing these Money Makers?

I pretty much searched for a high yielding and hearty strain for my first grow. I actually started with 3 Neptune OG and 3 Gorilla Glue seeds, but I damped them off. Then I went for these. The Master Yoda is just an old favorite strain of mine.

You are aware those are not going to yeild what you think right? Past 4 weeks already and that tiny, they won't be doing much else growing height wise.

Yup, this was pretty much a learning experience on what to do and not to do, and what equipment I really need. Hoping that these Master Yoda babies turn out much better. After these, I’ll be moving onto photos.

Day 7 of flower:
I moved the plants into their new home. 3x3x6 tent with an infrared full spectrum light that covers the 3x3 area. The two Money Maker plants are still growing a bit along with starting to develop a few bud sites.

As far as the three Master Yoda seedlings.. They are in day 9 since sprout. I completely forgot that now that I am using Coco coir and Perlite, and I had to feed a small amount of nutes to the babies. One of them still looks nice and healthy, but the other twonhave began to yellow a bit. Today I fed them with a 1/4 dose of Bio Root, Vegan Compost Tea, CalMag, FloraGro and Micro.

Day 10 of flower:
Pistils are popping up in some new areas and the main top on the big plant is looking great. I think it will have a nice cola. I added in my other Vipar Spectra 400W LED to really give them some light during flower and hopefully get as much as possible out of these small girls.

Day 12 Flower:
The plants are healhty and still growing. buds are begining to form at the nodes and new bud sites are randomly popping up. They seem to really love that Vegan compost and Bio Root. I have only been feeding 1/2 of the recommended FloraGro,Micro,Bloom doses, because since they are autos, I didn’t wanna pump them full of too many nutes.

Day 16 of flower:
Buds are developing nicely. Trying to keep airflow moving through the tent, as temps are rising here in AZ, the humidity is getting harder to control, but still staying around 35-45%RH.

Day 27 of Flower,

These two ladies are getting huge! The taller plant is now measuring 28”, and the smaller one 19”. This General Hydroponics Plant Booster compost tea is a beast! Ever since I started using it, the plants have been looking awesome. With the next set of plants, I will work harder on getting an even canopy. This is my first grow, so I’m trying to keep it simple and not stress the plants too much.

Day 30 of Flower:

Budletts are starting to connect and forming nice buds. Still have about a month and a half before harvest, so these ladies should form some decent flowers by then. Going to stick with the Flora Gro, Micro, Bloom, Bio Root, and Compost tea supplements. I have been using 48 hour tap water and they don’t seem to mind one bit. Water is always Ph’d to 6.5-6.8 after adding nutes and sups. RH has been between 45% and 50%, with Temps around 78-81F. I only have a 150W Vipar Spectra LED in there, but will now add my other light, since my young Autos are starting to go into flower.
