Mr. Bond . . . and Top Soil doesn't mean the top of the soil. It means your growing medium.
I've used fluorescents for decades and NEVER had any mold, so I don't know what's up with citing that?

I think one of my major problems was over watering when I planted the seeds, but I am using fluoros. I will open the space up to let is air out and remove the mold. I went about this all wrong from the beggining, but I do have 7 healthy looking sprouts. I have some pics on my jacked up grow in the journal area (just do an advanced search on my name). I may just go ahead and transplant all my sprouts in the next couple of days. The way I had started them will make them hard to seperate from one another if I wait to much longer anyways.

This is my first marijuana grow(personal grow anyways), but I do know about top soil not being the "top" of the soil. Horticulture is a hobby of many people in my family, this just happend to be the monster I decided to take on.

Try sprinkling a bit of cinnamon on the soil when you transplant, its a natural fungicide.

Yeh, I have a fan on them. It is hanging so that I can see all the sprouts move(very little movement but enough to tell) with the breeze. I have already transplanted into cups and everything seems ok now.
