Mold inside of my buds???

I went to check on my plants today, and one of them was knocked over. When I went to prop it up and tie it I noticed a whitish web inside of the buds on the top half of my plant...the bottom half didn't have any...

Can anybody Identify exactly what this is...and/or if there is any way to remove it or use the trimmings for hash safely...because it was about 4 ounces worth of bud!!!
