Mold in DWC

Sorry if this is a repost, i've looked and couldn't find anything,.....

I have white mold growing in my DWC 5 gal (black) buckets on the inside rim and the net pot near the roots. 3rd week of flowering, i have had to use azamax for fungus gnats.,. What is the best way to knock all this mold off? How worried should I be about making it he next 5 weeks? Thanks....

H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide). Give it a shot it has worked for me. Change your water more often. If your using tap water and you think its coming from there then heat treat the water or use distilled water.

more than likely from my experience thats the grey boogerish mold stuff that gets on the roots and its a bitch to knock out. Its the stuff rez-clear is supposed to fix, tho its expensive. If you google search there is a way to make the same stuff cheap with pool shock.

ive always used hygrozyme, works great for exactly that. if your tight on cash you can make a h2o2 mix too. i would look for a reason why its gettin gunky tho, what kind of nutes you using? how often are you changing your solution? is your nute solution getting enough oxygen?
