for about a hundred bucks you can get a foldout stake down 12 X 12 picknic shelter that would easily cover the entire plant and then some and withstand a good sized thunderstorm, but that's pretty neat too.

That cost me 6 bux to make lol

very nice! i wish i was legal and not guerilla, my plants are approaching ten feet tall so a huge white tarp in the middle of the woods would stick out like a sore dick

Uh, I bet you use a lot of duct tape.

Seriously though, I think you should rebuild that thing to cover more of your beautiful little lady. Rain comes down sideways, splashes, etc. Also, the plastic looks suspect. I recommend some 6mil. making two poles taller than the other two and making a better cover.

This weekend is probably my last for good weather and I will be covering my girls. I'll be using 1" pvc down the middle, a few feet higher than the exisiting sides, and 6mil across the entire top, like a tent. 6mil is solid, let's light thru, and keeps nosy folks out of your business.

I'm a guerilla grower, luckily in a neighborhood of 420 friendly people...all my neighbors are in their 70-80s lol they watch my crop while im at work and helped me water it during that insane drought...gotta love a supportive community!

Yes, my plastic is very light. .7 mil which is why I placed it over top some chicken fence so it dont break. Rain here for the most part falls down, we rarely get sideway storms.

Oh ps...no duct tape I used metal clamps to strap the fence to the poles and then put the plastic in the clamps and sealed them -=)

plastic is all you need but make some better support or that will fall down from rain or just blow over i think !

while if its not tied down the tarp will catch wind and rip lol and if rain starts to pool up in puddles u will have problems ! just saying it looks really half assed done

I thought so to, but I will say he's defended himself well enough and seems to know his area. And it's probably a pretty temporary structure, so no need to build Fort Knox.
Then again, you never know when you'll get some sideways rain. Shit, all it takes is rain and some wind. Then it's sideways, and then your soaked.
Plants can handle it, though. Just not constant.

kinda looks like six bucks worth of effort. Waddya call it? The temple of doom? Wind's gonna catch it and break your plant into kindling. I youre gonna do it, ya gotta do it right or risk disaster.

wrape plastic around the whole frame. Top to bottom.

it looks like the whole plant is not even covered.
