Molasses feeds the microbes and beneficials in your soil (organic growing). Only big bloom is organic

i ddont have pictures but on my past side by side comparison with headband, the one with molasses developed denser nugs, i didnt see much difference in trichome production maybe a little bit more

My leaves were turning purple & shrivelling up. A friend told me to mix about a teaspoon of molasses with 1/2 litre of water & pour onto my plants. He figured it was low nitrogen. So, not stupid! Smart! I'm hoping it works for mine, too! I only have three plants & two of them have that "purple leaf" problem. The third one is healthier & doing really well! Oh, well, we'll see! Any theories on the purple leaves? It is not a species-oriented thing, so...

If molasses is high in nitrogen, & your soil isn't, would that stop my leaves from turning purple & shrivelling up? I have applied some molasses & water, but will have to wait to see if it makes a difference. Have your plant leaves ever turned purple, shrivelled & died? I would like to hear from anyone who has had this happen.

Could your results be from cooler or warmer temperatures, more or less humidity, more or less rain, more or less food, raccoon pissed on it more or less? Just saying it could be a hundred other reasons that contributed to your frosty buds. Attributing it solely to molasses is a stretch, but possible.

As long as your happy with the results, I guess that is what counts. Congrats!
