Well where I live, every dispensary(The only one in town.) has shut-down in a 25 mile radius. By no means are they band. Just no one wants to put any effort in it. I know that my town is very strict on the No Dispensary's 1000 yards within a school or liquor store. Quite frankly that's pretty much the entire town!
So I've been reading about the steps needed to open a mobile Dispensary, but its so vague its hard to get everything. I know I need a Caretaker's Card and need to start a Collective. But I really don't get where to go from there... They say to start a Corporation but isn't that for a Store Front Dispensary? Also would I need a lawyer?
I read that the State doesn't really define the regulations on a Mobile Dispensary, you just need to show that this Is a Collective, and I'm delivering to patients who have trouble with transportation to get their medicine. And I'm only delivering to people within my collective.
I'm going to be teaming up with 2 other people who will also have their Caretaker's Card. Were not planning to grow quite just yet. So this is only for supplying patients with their medicine. Were are going to be growing for our patients in the future. So if there are any regulations on that also, it would help a lot!
Thanks for any advice. And no I'm not some punk-ass kid trying to make a buck if that's what your thinking. I may be young but I sure as hell believe that Cannabis is way I mean WAY better than any pill that they can give you! So I want people to have availability to Medicine so they don't have to end up like my Mom, having to take Pills that only Heroin Addicts are suppose to take just because she can't drive to get any Medicine and if doesn't have one or the other she's unable to move. And I can name off over 50 people where I live, who Truly DO need it. And its sad when Legal medical users have to buy from a Dealer Illegally rather than using the card for its purpose... Because anybody can smoke, but a card should make it easier to receive medication.
