mite eggs

ok guys I need your help,do i spray my buds with neem oil i have been useing it every 3 to 4 days on the plant it self,next day wash with water, last time lights were on i saw some eggs in the buds,lots of them so can i spray the buds, 30 days into flowering and how long can i keep spraying with out hurting them what to do

i just believe i remember it that way
and man u need to move ur plant cause if ur using neem oil regualrly and got eggs thats not good
i figure its probly in best interest of ur plant that u bleach the crap outa ur envirorment then let it air out
if u dont mind where r u growing it
id like to get a feel for ur situation
