Mirrors for reflecting light?

I have large sheets of mirror from a project that a buddy was working on. If I could manage to cut them to size, would they reflect light better than mylar or flat white paint in my grow room?

no they would not they would hold heat(their made of sand) and would actually absorb light.Also they would create hot spots and burn your plants more than likely.flat white paint is the best ive found so far
