Mini cannabis plant house plant set up, help needed...

Hi. I am a newbie 2x2 grower at the end of my 2nd grow and can only harvest pretty much 1 plant every 3-4 months. Which is fine. But I'd love to try as a little side project a little sill grow with a 40W grow light so that i can sample some of the seeds i won't grow in the tent. Or just for a good time. So I guess i'm trying to set up a little small outside-the-tent houseplant bonsai sillgrow type of thing. Something that can support maybe what would end up as 5 grams dry.

Medium/Nutes: I currently grow in coco in my tent with canna AB but would prefer a medium/nute combo w/ a less involved process for this grow but i don't know much about alternatives. I can get Roots Organic soil (start feeding at 14-21 days) should take me through a short veg, then using Roots Organic Uprising Bloom top dressing fertilizer (just called they suggested i use the Terp Tea instead. That would remove the daily measuring and mixing part. I think. Would that work? Do i still need to PH with something like that? Do i need to PPM out? or is that mostly a coco thing.

Light: My window's light is not super great but I have a 40w from the wall LED around 3500-4000kelvin that i would use. I know it can veg a plant for sure as i used it to veg the C4 Auto that's currently in my tent, but not sure about flower. Plus it'll have whatever not so great sun from behind a window. Is it possible to support a dry 5gms this way? Or do i need to get another light source, would rather not tbh.

What seed type: Is photo or auto better for this? I was thinking photo? The plant i vegged and preflowered under these lights got pretty tall (while being quite lush!) and i think the plant needs to stay small for the light being able to support it. So is photo better so that i can control what size it is when it flips?

Lastly, what size pot, 1gal? .5gal?

oh yeah, and about RH, its DRY, like 30RH in our house. Do i just do spritzes while in veg?

Any amount of help appreciated, thank you.
