Miicrobial Mass + ChitoSal for Compost Tea

Hey everyone, I'm new to the site, kinda new to growing (this year is my 2nd time growing outdoors), just have a question on when I would apply these two products, Miicrobial Mass and ChitoSal to my 5 gal compost tea recipe for pre-flower (it is probably a lot easier then I think, but just wanted some reassurance).

I am growing 2 monster plants (White Widow and Blueberry) in my yard, around 8ft each in 120gal of Supersoil that I had filled into a spot I dug out; produced by the company Stepwell. Keep in mind I also had 2 autoflowers next to them in the early summer but chopped them around a month and a half/ two months ago (if that makes a difference).

First, lemme show yall my compost tea (Transitioning Tea) recipe so I can get some outside perspective on wether its good or not.

1 Cup Worm Castings
1 Cup Supersoil
3 tbsp Blackstrap Molasses
2/3 Cup Gaia Green All-Purpose
2/3 Cup Gaia Green Power Bloom
1 tsp Soluble Kelp
1 tsp Humic & Fulvic Acid

Dilute by 1:0 cause plants are mature

I got no Compost LOL

Now, lemme briefly explain the products I'm using.

MIICROBIAL MASS harnesses the latest scientific understanding of rhizospheric microbiology and has been carefully developed to harness the power of beneficial bacteria in the root zone. Our proprietary blend of bacteria promotes a healthy root zone by solubilizing phosphorus and calcium, and assisting with the bioavailability of iron and other fertilization compounds from both organic and inorganic sources. Therefore, our customers are able to unleash the full potential of their crops without major changes to their growing practices. https://miicrobialmass.com/learn/#how-it-works-2]

4ml per L

ChitoSal features two highly bioactive plant effectors, Oligochitosan and Salicin that trigger two separate pathways within the plant. Since our unique approach has allowed us to create a product of incomparable effectiveness, it only needs to be applied once every two weeks to achieve amazing results. Therefore, growers can produce superior crops by using a very small amount. A little goes a long way. (info on product is on the same website)

2.5 ml per L (root or foliar)

Now, for the kicker. Does it make sense that I apply Miicrobial Mass and ChitoSal to my watering can that's filled with the brewed compost tea, right before I water my plants? or should I add them to my compost tea beforehand while it's brewing?

Any advice would be appreciated.
