Middle of scrogg, need advice, pics posted.

Hey guys, got another question haha. So I'm about 18 days 12/12 with these gorgeous white russian ladies. 400w hps, soil /perlite, 5g smart. Oh! and they're scrogg...
Now... I counted 50 tops. Size of net, 2x2ish..lol. Should I be chopping some of them tops down? Maybe 30ish? Less? This is my first cycle, first scrogg so tmp_13393-20161219_2007571698371346.jpg tmp_13393-20161219_200751-1556306650.jpg tmp_13393-20161218_185134580966032.jpg advice is appreciated . Thank you.

I wouldn't chop any branches at this point. It looks like you already thinned out the bottom which is good. When I have a really bushy plant I try to remove any leaves that are growing into the other branches....this allows better airflow and gets more light to each budsite. If you want to remove and branches/tops though and thin it out, definitely go for the ones with the thinnest branches....and the sites that only have less then 10 hairs.

Trimming a plant just right so that it reaches it's max potential is a learning process...there is definitely a sweet spot. Do you best to remember what the plant looked like going into and coming out of flower and adjust accordingly next time.

btw I used to have a delicious cut of white russian from serious seeds that was a beast..tons of vigor and huge strawberry flavored buds.

Thank you, I'm loving the Russian strain, it smells and looks just gorgeous.

Dumb me didn't check for answers and last night I took a not huge amount from each. Only suckers, and thin branches like you talked about. It did open it up, and honestly today i think they better then they did before. Fuller maybe? They just look better lol. Here's a new pic from today. They went 12/12 December 3rd I just looked it up lol. Comments? Lemme have em!:bigjoint:See above if you care to compare haha tmp_13931-20161222_185149-194307376.jpg

right on man, looks like you did right. Looks good.
I just didn't wanna suggest cutting branches cuz it's about 3 weeks into flower. I usually try to trim the lil stuff before any buds form.
