Micro grow vent and filter opinions?

Hey everyone. First off, I'm working on trying to construct my first micro-grow so all the info I can get will help. I plan to hold roughly 4 plants in the flowering chamber under a scrog that works out to be ~5.1sq'.

Here's a picture I just drew up in MSPaint :bigjoint: -

The depth is 24". The flowering base area is 24x24 but the scrog ends up with 5sq' area with the angled sides to make use of all the room I can.

Now, for my actual questions --

I was originally looking at only using silent (~12-15db) 120mm computer fans to vent the area. Without any real restrictions I could probably get away with a passive intake. Would it be feasible to put a small shoe box sized reservoir filled with vermiculite, and a ONA solution in it, vented by a duct to a nearby 120mm exhaust fan? The air would be scrubbed over the verm with another hole in the opposite end of the box. Would this maintain an acceptable CFM (from a ~40-50cfm fan) with a passive intake and no fan on the filter box side of the cool tube duct?

That would be the most space conscious solution, but I'm not sure if it would be effective enough. Im sure it would be quiet though.

My other option is to try to cram a carbon scrubber and duct fan into that area.
I was thinking about one of the smaller ones of these fans -

It would certainly maintain enough CFM without any additional fans, and passive PVC elbow intakes, but the room and noise level might not be that great. I also want to keep my power strip, adapters and main pile of cords in that room. It is only ~10Hx12Wx24"D.

I might be able to use the back of the clone room for most of the wires instead though as its 12x24x16" and I doubt I'll fill it up 2' deep.

Another question would be what should my air flow directions look like? Passive intake into the flowering room, but then what to the clones? If the filter box is sucking hard enough I might get away with passive PVC elbows into that too, and into the filter box with the same method, while the cool tube has its own duct for the flowering room into the filter room.

Any noise over what a quiet computer might be, would be annoying to me. Using one of those duct fans I'm just worried that I may need to fabricate a large exhaust muffler for it and that'll take up even more room, if not outside the box entirely, which would destory the stealth aspect of it.

Any comments are welcome! :leaf:
