Medical Infused Products License ?'s

My friend is looking into getting a MIP license. If he gets a license, does each person working in the facility have to be licensed? Or just insured?

It said something about employees getting a badge if they pass background check, does that mean no felons can work within the facility?

Does anyone one have any experience in getting a license out there?

Need one key badge for owner/ manager and the rest must be badge workers. And yes to work in the industry no felons will pass background. Check out the IRS site and prices. Key badge is 250 and the worker badge cost 75 each. The mip license is 2500 or 7500 (cannot remember) and to have a grow offsite is another 1250. Doesn't include the other big expense like the cost of a warehouse equipment etc. 3-4000 sq ft costs at minimum 40K for a grow. Also new regs about using equipment that reclaims Butane and that starts at 25K for good equipment. Cannot do open butane as a mip but can do co2 and water. Mip can grow up to 500 plant count.

I think once a proprietor obtains an MIP , employees can work under the same MIP for the same facility.

So, as long as somebody has the MIP.. the dispensary in collective terms can operate under the same MIP.

I guess creating a marijuana consultant occupation is probably my best option then huh? Or maybe I just keep to myself...

Never mind, I think I figured it out.. Hopefully after some legwork I can get an expungement...
