This grow is just to prove that good weed and a decent amount of it can be grown for virtually FREE.
i will be using bag seed most likely witch were FREE cuz i dont want to use my good genetics. no nutes that i know of yet as i am not buying any, although i do have MG all purpose feed, and some house and garden veg nutes i got as a sample all this was free as well. so so far not a dime spent.
i will start the seeds very soon and plant them out doors, i will be using free nature dirt and free horse poo to help keep them green.
any way i am really just doing this to prove my point that most meds growers rip off their patients saying they got a certain amount and only giving theri patient a small amount for alot of cash.

every one is welcome to join, and advice ( this is my first outdoor grow) is always welcome, constructive criticism is welcome as well, just please no arguing or drama.

peace i will have pics of the spots they will be in and of the plants. they will most likely be started out doors in the woods.

Sub'd.

i'm doing my first outdoor grows(two locations) this year. Started 2 early in my back yard and just put 12 vegged clones outside to harden em off. The two in my yard are doing absolutely wonderful but i used my old soil and mixed it 50/50 with native soil. FF nutes on one and MG on the other.

thanks for subbing man. this isnt going to be a some type of huge grow, but just to prove some stuff to certain people. i already have some one hating on the idea, i just think they know im going to prove my point.
thanks for stopping in. i might use my MG but i kinda wanted it all organic im not sure yet. seeds havent even been germed yet, but the process will begin tonight

IMO you would be much much better off either not feeding at all, or finding some horse shit ror somethin' and throw that MG away...it will ruin the taste compared to if you leave it alone. I grew 22 or so last year with 0 invested, and got 3/4 oz average per plant and it was super smooth and clean without nutes.

thanks for the input man i have plenty of free horse poo.

and it sounds like my point has already been proven by you, so i kinda have a confidence boost.

Yea, I have NO DOUBT it can be done. The biggest yield, your not gonna get, but free doesn't have to be too big...right? "All yields are good yields"!!

i've used the MG nutes before(ghetto first grow and part of second) with excellent results. Not hard to flush if in regular soil. In MG soils there are time release nutes so it is very hard to flush.

yo, this may sound whack,
but i often do,
i remember in school they were talking about indians....stay with me.
how they used a fish, or a dead fish to be precise, to fertilize there corn. like plant the seed drop dead fish ontop. cover. let grow. supposedly the fish provided the nutes for the grow that year. also they did companion growing seeing as growing certain things together worked to protect each other and help grow. i may be mistaken but i heard you could grow garlic with the herb, and the garlic acted as a natural pest deterant. maybe wrong. so dont take it matter of factly or anything but just perhaps an idea for some researching.

Hey mc purp! You know you cant start a thread without me lurking about! lol

I have no doubt that this can be done... People get WAY too carried away when growing nowadays... What ever happened to just putting a plant in some good dirt/soil and watering it when need be? lol

Happy growing Mc purp!

They did infact do this and people still do it today... they are probably using fish emulsions and what not but its the same concept... I have heard complaints about stinky organic ferts attracting animals tho so the proper precautions are necessary.
And the idea of using other plants to naturally protect crops is also true... A certain type of been when attacked by spider mites releases a hormone that attracts spider mite predators and thus killing all the spider mites...

Im sure mcpurp has a few thing to add to this :-)

All I'm sayin' bro, is if you had good results with MG and you like it, use it. But if you ever smoke organic you'll know the difference, it will be much better. Even when flushed, plants grown with full syntheyic nutes, taste like they were grown with synthetic nutes, I don't care how lwell you flush it. And your absolutely right about the soil, the MG soil is the about the worst thing you could put your herb plants in. The taste is a world of difference in organics and that's really all there is too it.

Yeah, organics do have a better taste and all. And i switched to FF nutes on my second grow. To be honest i haven't been real impressed either. idk. i'm still learning and evolving my process too though so i'm definitely open to change if the changes are an improvement. i REALLY like the idea of all organic but in the soil itself, w/o adding nutes to water. i have found some decent soils, but i will probably be trying subcools mix before too long.

i was just thinking about the ready availability and low cost since he's trying to do a free/inexpensive grow.

I agree, Organic buds taste the best. I have first hand experience with this... AK in guano kelp soil had much much nicer flavor than the same cut grown in rdwc with synthetic nutes. The yield is a different story, but I prefer a small DANK nugget to a giant ok nugget.

just my 2c

yea true true..Iused FF nutes dor a while too, and they work really good, but you have to flush hard, and it still taste synthetic to me. If you get a chance to try subcools super soil, you will love the results for sure.

is that what you're using in the grow in your sig? i just popped in real quick. The kiddie pool thing is SWEET! i may just go get a couple since i happen to have a few more clones than pots right now.
