Maximium yield

I'm new at growing I want 2oz. Per plant I'm am thinking about. Buying 400 hps/mh or 600? Which would be a better buy for my grow tent size is 48inx24inx60in. thank you I need all the help I can get!! Is that size grow tent large enough to grow 4 plants at once??

You should be able to get 2 ounces per plant growing 4 plants under either a 400 or 600 in your set-up.
