hey what I wanted to know is ocean forest soil good to start your kids in from seed or does it has to much fert in it for the small plant and if so whats good and I have it growing under a t5 lamp and it seems like its moving slow so I been watering it with flora blend by gh and water what do you guys think

I thought riu knew everything somebody help me out im trying to get some haters this spring

how often are you watering? how far is the light from the plants? how big are the plants? how old are they? what kind of t5 light(like length and number of bulbs and spectrum of bulbs)? details are everything when asking for help on here.
