Massachusetts growing

Hello everyone. I am a new growing in Massachusetts near Boston. I currently have about 13 marijuana plants in a bedroom inside a small growbox i constructed. four of the plants are almost two months old, 1 about 2 weeks old and all the others about 1 week old. I want to put most of the plants outside soon but i am very scared.

The weather in Massachusetts is always changing and is very random. Lately it has seemed fairly cold and rainy but also sunny and hot every few day. I believe the last frost is over for the nights are usually 45 degrees at the lowest.

What i need help with is whether it is alright for them to go outside. I really need some input from other New England growers.

question ... those that put their plants outside ... did you go right from indoor outside and planted or did you give your plants a few hours a day with a gradual build up of hours until they stay out all day and then plan them?

gave them a few hours a day to harden off. and yes, started indoors.

i just slaped them outside!but i also have lost a few leaves per plant caused by not hardening off.
i would suggest to do it, its worth it in the end.

Gamble let me ask... How long did it take for your seedling to rejuvenate after jus throwin them out there, because i jusst threw one out there without hhardening off and it hasnt showed much progress within the lasst week at all, but its def still alive

What are your highs and lows for the day now? ... okay I checked out your highs and lows for your area ... the temp will be 35 degrees tonight ... and drop to 20 degrees .... according to this site

It's going to drop below freezing according to this ... will your plants make it? Have you planted outside before this time of year?

617 here, too. Haven't grown outdoors since '99, when I lost my spot to construction. Keep a few in and see what a difference it makes when the ground is warmer (June 1). One year I lost much of my crop to animals shortly after planting. I had to start all over from seed, but the new plants soon caught up with the 2 or 3 survivors, and flourished. I credit the warmth; early cold seems to stunt them.
