Male Plants?

Are these male plants? they have white hairs coming out of some, but they look like male sacs. they are about 3 weeks into flowering in a NFT and DWC hydro systems.

GET THOSE OUT NOW!!!! Some of those pods look ready to explode with plant jiz!
Becarful when moving them as to not hit the branches as it could involuntary release some pollen!
