Male or Hermaphrodite?

I currently have 4 plants, all gown from bagseed. I've been flowering for about a week now. This is my first grow, and I am very proud of myself for how well I have done so far. All of the plants are vibrant and healthy and the LST on them has turned out very well.

Now, however I am becoming confused. A few days ago two of my plants began showing male characteristics. These 2 plants now have no-doubt-about-it full blown balls. A lot of them. The problem is that as soon as I stated seeing these balls I also stated seeing what looks like buds forming on the plant. I know male plants do not produce buds so I am beginning to wonder if these are hermaphrodites (being from bagseed)? Or do male plants have bud-looking growths on them that a first time grower may mistake for buds?


My camera is terrible at close ups Is that a bud on the top? It looks just like the pics of early buds i see on here.

Could just be a male.

From your pictures it looks like a male,
males still grow and look like big buds, except the "buds" don't have hairs they have "balls".
The sure fire way to know if it's a male or female part is "Does it have hairs"
Hairs = female
NO Hair = Male

To me they look like balls.

Thanks a lot this is exactly what I was looking to know. Gonna cut them down now. It's strongly looking like my first grow may be 100% male

Tough break. Better luck next time, or get some clones or feminized seeds.
