male or female?

howdy guys and girls

just wondering if anyone can tell me yet if one of my plants is a female or male?
its about six weeks old and is the smallest plant compared to my others. some of my others have white little hair-like bits growing on it so i'm sure this ones a female, i'm just not sure if this plant is growing slow?
