Making Pots for the first time

I'm a newbie who's taken a month to do research and set up my grow room and I'm finally ready to set up my pots and get the clones.

I'm using 70% Foxfarm Ocean Green Potting Soil & 30% Perlite and I'll be growing Sour Diesel, Cirtrus Diesel, Blueberry, & Grape Ape.

I bought 12-0-0 Blood Meal & 0-10-0 Bone Meal and I need to know how much to mix into each 5 gallon pot.

From what I've read I'm guessing 2 teaspoons of each meal in each pot but I want to be sure. Am I close?

Bone meal and blood meal are slow release fertilizers...I would go with some bat guanos in which the nutrients are readily available to your plants and you can find about the same NPK values as well.

I have a 5-1-1 fish emusion fert for veg and 2-8-4 Foxfarm Tiger Bloom for flower.

Are you saying that with those fertilizers I don't need blood or bone meal?
