Making colloidal silver DIY.

I have been doing my homework on collidial silver and apparently its much easier to make at home yourself than it is to buy it. Although I did buy this particular unit off of ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/124136112128?ViewItem=&item=124136112128. The seller is American as well. Im looking to see if anyone else has done this and moreso just trying to get the internet to cache information for the next person to google. There really isn't any reason to waste your money on pre manufactured collidial silver plus alot of the stuff you buy doesnt work right and you have to really look into each product. In fact I wouldnt even consider it now at all.. out of the question.

Also this is perfect for breeders who just want to breed multiple females together. If your going to try this your going to have to dedicate a crop to just seeds though. I think having hundreds of fem seedss laying around kicks the crap out of having to clone.

If anyone has a unit that wants to share please let us know! :) I will post my results sometime around August when logistics delivers my articles to Canada and I flip some clones. Looking for peoples own personal experiences only. I did a quick search prior to posting and a quick skim, so it seems like Im not repeating an existing thread as far as I know.

If you're going to reverse using CS then definitely make it yourself and stay away from those solutions available. But If I were you I'd look into using STS. Silver thiosulfate. You don't have to spray everyday for weeks. Just 2 - 3 sprays and you're done.

Silver Nitrate seems expensive and hard to get, im under a 100 bones
Are you in the United States?

Silver nitrate 2 grams $16.50

Sodium thiosulfate 30 grams $3.95

Although spraying multiple times doesnt seem to bother me, trying to get a company to ship to canada is the other problem, I tried to buy it and it wont spit out a shipping fee. I already purchased what I posted in the link that seller ships to Canada. Seems like tracking down the compounds isnt even worth the hassell if I can make the stuff at home with a ebay kit (american made) and distilled water. The only other issue is Canada Post.

Damn. Yeah I forget how easy it is to get stuff here in the United States.

But, I also have links to sellers that ship to Canada. Someone from up north already asked me about it so I tracked them down. It's a little more spendy but well under $100.

If you already ordered that unit might as well just make your own. I just recommend the STS because I'm at 100% success after over a dozen reversals in the last few years.

I'm using a collidial silver generator. I believe that's not the case. I'm pretty sure you gotta mix them up separately and then mix em together. Might wanna check that.

Do you just mix this STS powder with water?
No

So I switched out my DC power supply for a 6 volt 0.3 amp instead of the 12 volt 1 amp. I've been running a batch for 24 hours now and I have a real nice amber color. I also have a dim tydenall effect but from what I'm understanding it's dimmer because the particles are smaller because of the lower current. It seemed to work on the plants at 12 volts 1 amp but I had an old charger kicking around and wanted to try making particles smaller for better results

I'm trying to make a batch now, it's been running for about 18 hours with a small air stone and pump in there, it is currently showing 18 ppm, but when I remove the rods and clean them with a scourer pad, then put them back it only takes about 10 minutes and one of the silver rods is black again, is this normal ? The water is a very slight amber colour, any input appreciated

Did u shine a laser through it? What voltage are you running? The lower the amperage the higher quality the product. Ppm meters are useless detecting silver but the going formula is x2 and its really unreliable. Also a lower amperage could make the tydenall effect dimmer even tho the concentration is higher.
