Make Shift Carbon Filters?

anyone have any ideas for making a home made carbon filter... and were do i get carbon

almost anywhere, fish stores, walmart, etc. u know there is a couple of GREAT do it yourself carbon filters right here on RIU. sorry never saved the link (i dont think), why not do a search for it here or google it & either one will lead u to them.
